Organic lemon: Depending on the size of the lemon as well as your preference of intensity of lemon flavour you may use the zest of half a lemon as well as zest of the whole lemon.Lemon juice: you may add some lemon juice (about 1 tsp) if you like - I don’t like it.Salt & pepper: I prefer few salt, but lots of freshly ground pepper.The lemon flavoured mozzarella can be prepared some hours in advance; it should be stored in the fridge. The mozzarella mess thickens a little bit in the fridge - it doesn’t matter!
